The site occupies a tiny corner at a major commercial road; hence the challenge was to create a small building with an opulent scale to mark its commercial visibility.

Thus the geometry of the plan is reinforced in its built form to create frames that would go higher and further allow the voids created to be used as display panels for the users. These frames are restrained by the horizontal band which allows understating the strong influence of the buildings vertical geometry.
